Out-of-Stock Items & Back Orders
Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all introductory orders (from ship date indicated on your Invoice). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products to Serenplicity Shop for a full refund (less shipping and handling fees).

Not happy with your purchase? If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours or receiving the product. If you are not satisfied with your products, please contact Serenplicity Shop at 450-288-0676 for approval to return or exchange within 72 hours of receipt of products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products more than 30 days after you purchase them.
The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice, and the product must be mostly full. Multiple exchanges will not be allowed.
Please ship the products in the original packaging to ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

A full refund will be issued on a return that included a FREE product or a FREE gift only if the return is made within 30 days of original ship date on the invoice and the FREE gift accompanies the return. Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) that was included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
